NCTA Maintenance Council 2010 Boss' Outing

Spring is (finally) just around the corner and it’s time for the 2010 NCTA Maintenance Council Boss’ Outing.

So get your clubs out of the closet, wipe the dust off your shoes… and clean your shotgun!

That’s right, we’re adding Sporting Clays to our annual spring event so those who are not fascinated with chasing a little white ball around a field can join in the fun!

This year’s Boss’ Outing will be held on Thursday, April 22 beginning at 10:00 AM at Tanglewood Park,  4061 Clemmons Road in Clemmons, NC.

We’ll begin our day with light refreshments and a brief program about the NCTA Maintenance Council and our activities.  We will also recognize the sponsors who make our programs possible.

Then we’ll have lunch catered by long time Maintenance Council member Robert Gainey and his staff at Handshake Catering.

Golfers will then warm up in preparation for a “Captain’s Choice” Tournament on the Reynolds Course and  Shotgunners will travel to Hunting Creek Preserve for a “Sporting Clays Captain’s Choice Tournament.”

Later, we’ll meet again at the Tanglewood Club House for wrapup and awards for the winning teams.

Our annual Boss’ Outing provides an opportunity to thank our companies and bosses for their support of the Maintenance Council.  Many of the professionals you work with will be on hand.  You and your boss will be able to meet with them in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
