  NCTA Maintenance Council Charlotte Chapter Meeting, January 10, 2012

Happy New Year!

The January meeting of the Charlotte Chapter of the NCTA Maintenance Council will be on Tuesday, January 10 at 6:00 PM.

This month’s meeting will be in the Belk Justice Center at Central Piedmont Community College North Campus, 11930 Verhoeff Drive in Huntersville (Take I-77 to Exit 23, go east to Statesville Road and turn right on Statesville Road/Highway 21.  Go approximately 2 miles and turn left on Verhoeff Road.  Entrance to the campus is approximately 1/2 mile on right.  Phone number is 704-330-4100).

This month’s meeting will be hosted by Penray.

Just in time for the cold driving season, Marty Martinelli will discuss coolant maintenance solutions for 2012 Factory Fill coolants (ESI, OAT,NOAT,HOAT, and OAT-NAP free) including:

  • How many types of antifreeze are there?

  • How do you identify the different types?

  • What is the maintenance cycle for the coolant system?

  • What occurs if the coolant system is not maintained?

  • What is the easiest and best way to maintain the coolant system?
