Hiding in Plain Sight - Community Colleges Can Be a Valuable Resource

As noted above (see Central Piedmont Community College Parthners with Carolina Cat), local Community Colleges are an often overlooked resource for training support and recruiting.

Not only do they offer curriculum programs that can be a good source of continuing education, many can customize programs to your specific needs as Central Piedmont Community College in Huntersville, NC has done for Carolina Cat and other regional and local business partners.

In addition, the local community college can be a quality source of new employees and trainees and Cooperative Training programs can help you smoothly integrate entry level people in to your company.

If you have a training - or a personnel need - contact your local Community College to see how they can help.
